オレは３部は９９％がゴミで面白くなかった、５部ではゴミだと感じるスタンドファイトはほんの少ししかなかったね。
忠告しておくけど、ジョルノは作品全体を通して４回くらいしか闘わないよ。ーーIt's like Part 3 except I felt that 99% of part 3 was filler garbage and unfunny while only a few stand fights in part 5 felt like filler. Just a head's up, Giorno has like 4 fights in the entire thing.

正直、自分は荒木が設定を忘れることに慣れてるから全く気にしないけどね。ただ単に彼のスタンドにとって不要な能力だったんだろくらいの認識をしてる。ーーHonestly that doesn't bother me because I'm used to Araki forgetting stuff. That was such an unnecessary aspect of his stand.

オレは正直この能力が(物語に)組み込まれることに期待していたよ。
ーーimo, it was one of the best, GioGio is Joestar with fucky Dio energy in him that did some epigenetic shit to his genetic code. Since Dio was Satan incarnated, it's kino that GioGio's stand is a very pacifist stand
-it reflects aggression in a hippy kind of way, like bruh you can't fight me without hitting yourself let's just talk it
-it gives life instead of taking it
-it speeds up time instead of slowing it
Honestly I was excited for this aspect to be incorporated

２４時間あの火を守り続けることを期待されてる分けじゃないんだよ。(このテストの)要点は、うっかり火を消しちゃって、再点火して、それで矢で刺されて生き残るということにある。スタンドが発現する可能性のある者はテストに合格し、残りは死んでしまう。ーーYou aren't expected to keep the fire going for the whole 24 hours. The point is to fuck up at some point, relit the lighter, get stabbed by an arrow and survive. The ones with potential for stand usage pass the test and the rest die.

可哀想なおじいちゃん。初めはジョルノに運ぶのを手伝って欲しくて、それからジョルノが歩いていたところに偶然水を撒いたことで殺されてしまう。なんて悪運なんだよ。ーーThat poor old man. First he wanted Giorno’s help carrying stuff, then he gets himself killed by accidentally splashing some water in Giorno’s direction. Talk about horrific luck

正確には、彼はライターを再点火したことで殺された。その時までは自分はライターが爆発するんだろうと思ってて彼が死ななかったことにほっとしてたんだよ、ただその後死んじゃったけどね。ーーActually, he gets himself killed by re-igniting the lighter. For a moment I thought it was going to explode, and I felt relief to see he didn't die, only for him to die later.

オレはこのアニメがジョルノにとってそしてオレにとってどれだけよく作られてるのか言っておきたいな。
切迫した状況に追い込まれた時の彼の声や仕草に気づけば、もっと彼が表現豊かに描かれていることとそのことについての興味深さを感じられるはずだよ。ジョルノの内向的な性格がよく現れてるし、漫画ではできない(表現だ)なと推察しているよ。
オレは元々ジョルノのことが好きだったんだけど、このアニメは本当に彼を驚くほどよく描けているよね。－－I want to say how much GOOD this Anime adaptation is doing for Giorno for me.He is way more expressive and interesting when you get to hear his voice and notice his body language in dire situations. I guess something the Manga can't do without removing Giorno introverted personality.I always liked Gio, but the anime is really doing wonders for him.

うん、漫画での彼よりもはるかに成長しているよ。アニメーションがいい効果をもたらしていて、彼がどれだけ分析的な人間なのかを認識できるようにしている、以前の主人公たちよりもはっきりとね。－－Yeah he's growing on me a lot more than he did in the manga. The animation does wonders and really makes me recognize how analytical he is, even more so than some of the prior protagonists.

うん、自分も(アニメで)追加されたシーン全てが大好きだよ。公平な性格の初期の頃のジョルノは時々すごく表現豊かであり、常にギャングと共にいながらそうあり続けることは難しい部分だろう。
デイヴィッドプロダクションは素晴らしい仕事をしてるね！！自分は彼らのことをすごく信仰しているし、５部は本当にレベルが違う(出来だ)と思うーーYeah, I’m loving all the extra scenes. To be fair early Giorno is often the most expressive Giorno, when the gang is constantly together that’s the tough part.David Production is doing a great job!! So I have a lot of faith in them, really taking part 5 to another level
